MEMBER PROTECTION INFORMATION OFFICERS
Member Protection Information Officers (MPIO) are the point of contact at clubs and associations for persons with member protection enquiries or complaints.
MPIO’s are impartial and can provide information and options to participants and information to clubs about member protection and related policies. MPIOs do not mediate or investigate complaints.
